“We are beyond excited to bring this collaboration to life," said Mitch Flanders, Founding Director of Griffin Ballet Theatre. "The beauty and power of Karl Jenkins’s 'The Armed Man' will come to life through dance in a way that’s never been seen before. The story this work tells is universal, and we hope that the movement we’ve created will deepen the emotional impact of the music.”

“Being able to collaborate with Griffin Choral Arts (working alongside Dr. Steve Mulder, Music Director of Griffin Choral Arts) to present this powerful work is again is incredible opportunity,” said Flanders. “ Adding ballet to such a beautifully layered and emotionally charged music is such a change and a treat, that is why we can’t wait to share this unforgettable experience with the community.”
